Terms of UseDefective items: In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please email us within 30 days of purchase and include your order number. Please describe in detail the defect. We will replace the item, (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Damages: If the box shows signs of physical damage, we ask that you do not sign for any shipment until you have inspected it carefully for damages. Please check the contents before signing the receipt. If upon inspection of the product you discover it has been damaged in transit by the freight carrier, please do not sign the receipt, and refuse the shipment. Every Kids Stuff will replace the damaged item.

Ordering:The exact shipping amount for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges apply per order. Shipping costs are based on weight and area (zip code).

Items that are in stock usually take about 1 week to receive, some areas may take about 2-4 weeks, (depending on area). Furniture in stock will be shipped out within 2-3 days from when the order and payments are received.
